It’s official: Constantine House is now open!

Following a £2m renovation, the Constantine House team were thrilled to open the doors and welcome their first guests in March 2023.

 Having been awarded planning permission in 2021, work began in 2022 to convert the former Victorian red brick farmhouse into Constantine House; an exclusive-use boutique accommodation.

 With significant upgrades to the plumbing, electrics and layout required, Constantine House has been sustainably refurbished to maximise energy efficiency. All windows have been replaced with double glazing, the loft, walls and floors have been fully insulated, sensor-activated LED lighting has been fitted, and all toilets are low-flush to reduce water usage. The renovations have allowed the building to go from EPC rating D to A – the highest possible energy efficiency rating a property can achieve.

 The exclusive-use accommodation located next to Thorpe Garden wedding venue has 20 bedrooms (including a bridal suite), complete with en-suites. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a welcoming reception area and open-plan lounge in a contemporary glazed extension with beautiful views across the Staffordshire countryside.
