It's full steam ahead

With a new year comes a new beginning for our historic building newly christened as 'Constantine House'. 2022 will see us embark on a £2 million renovation project that will transform the existing farmhouse in to boutique accommodation for bridal parties and guests at Thorpe Garden wedding venue. The development will offer 20 bedrooms complete with en-suites, and is available to book now for exclusive-use from February 2023.

Work has already begun to the rear of the property  with the removal of a 1970s kitchen extension and bin store. In its place will be a contemporary open-plan lounge in a modern, purpose-built glazed extension. Plans for additional building work in the coming months will include re-unifying the house as a single unit, the restoration of original corridors and a new reception area designed to complement the layout. 

New plumbing, heating, electrics and IT services have been comprehensively redesigned, including the provision of FTTP gigabit broadband and heating from the Estate's two renewable biomass plants, plus the option to use power from existing solar PVs.
